You may cancel your  Subscription by either writing to us contact@bestdigisuccess.com. However, there shall be no refund of the Subscription Fee, (including the onboarding fee already paid by you to Best Digi Success platform

Non-tangible irrevocable goods (“Digital products, CRM platform, the onboarding and monthly Subscription fees to utilize the platform and services provided by best digi success/ www.bestdigisuccess.com”)

We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods (“digital products or providing services online”) once the order is confirmed and the product has been activated until the next renewal date. We strive our best to provide you the best services for your business, However due to any circumstances if the client would want to discontinue the services from the following renewal date, we request you to inform us 7 days prior to process the request and deactivate the services and subscription account before the next renewal date. We will process the request during the 7 business days to adhere to the client’s request.
